Happy Lunar New Year of the Water Snake 2013!

Happy New Year!  

While we can always reinvent ourselves from moment to moment, the first day of a new year symbolizes a widely accepted "reset button".

I don't claim to be an expert on astrology or zodiacs, nor do I claim to be right or accurate.  All the same, I would like to share what I've read and learned about the Year of the Snake:

To have a great year, especially those born on the Year of the Snake (a cycle of every 12 years for every animal zodiac sign), one must increase their level of awareness and be very mindful of their intention.  Snakes that have a low awareness level will find this year difficult, while those who are clear about what they want, and take focused consistent action toward their goals, will have a prosperous and fulfilling year.

For the rest who are not born the Year of the Snake, we must do the same, and adopt the positive traits of this powerful sign.  They are willful, determined, methodical, steady, wise, insightful and detail-oriented.  To succeed this year, we must then ask, "What do I want for this year?"  We must be intentional.
