Today is Earth Day, and while most people are talking about carbon footprints, I want to talk about Energy Prints. We spend so much time "in our heads" or staring at screens that we forget we are biological antennas. The Earth isn't just a rock we live on; it’s a massive battery. When you feel "heavy," scattered, or out of alignment, it’s often because you’ve become disconnected from your primary power source.

The Power of Grounding

There is a massive difference between thinking about alignment and physically stepping into it.

• Step Outside: No shoes, no phone. Just your feet on the grass or sand.
