I do think we spent this day as well as we could have. Along with making her signature version of a popular Burmese dish အုန်းနို့ခေါက်ဆွဲ (phonetically pronounced "ohn no khao swè" or "oh NO cow SWAY") aka Burmese Coconut Curry Chicken Noodle Soup, I took an Epsom salt hot bubble bath in the jacuzzi, and then we watched our routine shows of "Blue Planet", "Super Soul Sunday" and "60 Minutes", among others. Since we were a bit far from the beach, we stayed in, and talked about many topics, mostly nature; like cranes and such. I do remember driving her regularly to her radiology business in Oakland, CA, back in the day. As we went by Lake Merritt, she would always comment on the ducks and what they were doing. Such fond memories.
