Here's my French inspired duck stew I made during the season (photo in six parts below):
1. Brown duck legs
2. Roast in oven to make confit
3. Slice and debone
4. Prepare your choice of veggies
5. Add veggies and confit to roux/consomme.
6. Serve as desired (here over brown rice)
And, of course, holiday turkey. :-)
