So, on April 27th we will have a New Moon in Taurus. While we had a wild ride with Aries Season, this time is transitioning into something a little more calm. Ruled by Venus, the sign of Taurus is all about comfort and grounding our energies. This is a period to invest in our homes and self-care. Also, we can embrace our sensuality; indulging in pleasures such as food, art, music, and nature [my happy place is at the beach and maybe good traditional sushi before or after, for example]. Whatever it is, let's make sure we take time out for ourselves. Boy, after these past few crazy weeks, we've earned it!

This is a very powerful manifestation portal, as these are the final days of Aries Season. If there's anything about this sign, it likes to go out with a BANG! We can script and meditate on what it is that we want.

Today, also marks the 1st day of the Pink Full Moon portal in Libra. While the actual peak event will happen on the 12th, the gateway will remain open until around the 15th, give or take a day or two. This is a period of clean slates, emotional healing, and finding balance. The moon color isn't actually pink, as the name comes from the blooming of spring flowers [Sakura さくら (Japanese)].
This incidentally coincides with theWater Festival or [Thingyan သင်္ကြန် (Myanmar) and Songkran สงกรานต์(Thailand) both from the Sanskrit word "sankranti" संक्रान्तिः , meaning "transition". This is based on theVedic Calendar, celebrating the New Year, where there's "transit [of the Sun from Pisces to Aries]". As the name suggests, water plays an essential role in the festivities, also practiced in various parts of India, as well as Southeast Asia. Among the many fun traditions, people will play in the streets, splashing water on each other; symbolizing the washing away of the old and starting anew. Plus, it's getting hot and certainly welcome for the receiver lol!

The 4/4 Portal is now open, and will remain so throughout the weekend. Also, known as The Love Portal, it is a good time for self-care and seeking Divine support right now. We want to make sure that all areas of our lives have that solid foundation; thus, aligning with the current energies. If not, we can make adjustments. In addition, spiritual awakening is highly likely during this period.
This may aid in grounding ourselves during the final days of the Mercury Retrograde that is due to end on April 7th. As we may have felt already, April is going to be a chaotic month. However, if we set our intentions during this powerful manifestation gateway with a structured strategy, our execution will be met with a lot less bullshit than if we let situations run amuck. Fortunately, towards the end of the month, things will calm down again going into Taurus season.
